練習の流れ Training
季節を問わず、土・日・祝日に東大島の艇庫場で練習を実施しています(※悪天候の場合、練習を実施しない、もしくは陸上トレーニングのみを実施することがあります。)
練習への参加は自由です。ご自身の予定に合わせて、参加する頻度や曜日、季節等を柔軟に調整していただけます。
ここで、「通常練習」の主な流れを紹介します。

8:45~9:00 艇庫場に到着
-船出し
9:00 集合・準備
-始礼(練習メニューの説明、新人の紹介、その他連絡事項)
-準備運動
-トイレ休憩
-乗艇準備(着替え)
10:00~12:00 乗艇練習
12:00 乗艇終了・片付け
-船揚げ
-クールダウン
-着替え
12:30 終礼・解散
なお、さらに漕ぎのテクニックを磨きたい方や、トレーニングの強度を上げたい方向けに、朝7時にスタートする「朝練」と、午後1時半から始まる「午後練」も実施しています。(※希望者が集まらない場合は実施しません)
All throughout the year, we hold training sessions at our boathouse in Higashi-Ojima on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays. (However, on days with extremely bad weather, practice may be cancelled or limited to on-land training).
Participating in practice is optional. Members can choose which day and season they participate.
Practices follow the general schedule below:

8:45–9:00 Arrival at the boathouse
– Boat preparation
9:00 Gathering and preparation
– Opening meeting (explanation of the training, introduction of new members, announcements, etc.)
– Warm-up exercises
– Restroom break
– Getting ready to board (changing clothes)
10:00–12:00 On-water rowing practice
12:00 End of rowing & clean-up
– Boat storage
– Cool down
– Changing clothes
12:30 Closing meeting & dismissal
Standard practice runs from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, but for those who wish to further refine their rowing technique or are looking for a more intense workout, we also offer a "Morning practice" starting at 7:00 AM and an "Afternoon practice" starting at 1:30 PM
Morning Practice and Afternoon Practice are held only when there are enough participants and club staff are available to participate.
